IoT Protocol Bridges/Gateways

There are a series of IoT Protocol bridge products available, based on the IoT Gateway. These gateways are available as Windows 10 IoT UWP App bundles, or as preinstalled and configured gateways hosted by embedded PCs or hosted in the cloud.

M-Bus ⇔ XMPP

The M-Bus ⇔ XMPP Gateway makes Smart Meters available on M-Bus available on XMPP using the IEEE IoT Interoperability interfaces. M-Bus gateways can be scanned for new devices using both priary and secondary addressing. Each meter can be provisioning using the IoT Broker to make sure all operations are authorized properly.

MQTT ⇔ XMPP

The MQTT ⇔ XMPP Gateway connects to both an MQTT broker and an XMPP broker. Topics are mapped to concentrator nodes. These can be read or subscribed to using the IEEE IoT Interoperability interfaces based on XMPP. Any control operation sent to the corresponding nodes will be published on the corresponding topic on MQTT. The gateway allows for provisioning using the IoT Broker to make sure all operations are authorized properly.
